	1. How much money can I save by refilling? You can expect to save as much as 70% compared to buying OEM cartridges. 2. Does a refilled cartridge from Printwell work? Yes! As long as the refill is done correctly to O.E.M. specifications, by a trained Printwell technician there is no reason for our refilled cartridges to function incorrectly. 3. Can I expect the same quality as my original cartridges? Yes! Original quality is our standard. We use over 100 different types of ink. Specific ink ensures that we can perform as well, if not better than original quality. 4. Do I have to bring in my old cartridges? You must bring in your existing cartridges in order for us to refill them. In case your cartridge cannot be filled for any reason or you do not have your old cartridges, we offer a complete line of O.E.M. and remanufactured cartridges which are ready to print. 5. Can my old cartridges still be filled? Depending on how long the cartridges have been inactive, they run the risk of drying out. Printwell can inspect and attempt to refill your cartridge at no charge to you. If it does not work, Printwell will incur the expense of the refill. That’s right if we can’t get it to work it’s FREE! 6. How does Printwell’s refill service compare to universal refill kits? Printwell’s level of quality far exceeds that of a universal refill kit. Not only does Printwell use over 100 types of ink, they also ensure superior quality using the Printwell Process technique. 7. Should I refill my own cartridge using an at home re-fill kit? You can attempt to refill your own cartridges; however we recommend that you allow one of our trained technicians to service your cartridges. If it is not filled correctly, it can cause permanent damage to the cartridge. 8. Do Printwell cartridges last as long as the OEM brands? Printwell will re-fill your cartridges to the exact OEM Specifications as a standard. This implies that a cartridge will not be under filled. Every Cartridge is tested onsite to ensure the best quality, and the maximum yield. In most cases you can expect a longer life from a Printwell serviced cartridge. 9. What is the Printwell guarantee if the re-filled cartridge does not work? Printwell guarantees your complete satisfaction on all Printwell products and services. Our products are free from material and workmanship defects. When used correctly and stored properly, our products are guaranteed to perform as well or better than the Original Equipment Manufacturer's (OEM). Replacement or credit policy: Should you experience any problems as a result of a Printwell product, simply contact us and your claim will be quickly reviewed and, if warranted, we will replace the damaged items at our expense. 10. What is the difference between an ink tank and an ink cartridge? Simple. An ink tank is a reservoir for ink and it does not incorporate a print head. An ink cartridge is a tank incorporating a print head. 11. How many times can an ink cartridge be refilled? As long a cartridge is maintained well (Please refer to cartridge maintenance tips) it can be filled 5-7 times without any reduced performance. 12. Do all cartridges use the same type of ink? Every cartridge uses its own ink. Different cartridges have different size nozzles and are engineered differently. This requires different types of inks which have different viscosities and consistency to flow at the correct rate through the print head. 13. How do compatible cartridges compare to the OEM cartridges? They are manufactured to the same specifications as OEM, and therefore can perform as well or better than OEM, Printwell Guarantees it!
