This statement governs our privacy policies with respect to those users of the Site ("Visitors") who visit without transacting business and make use of the various services offered by http://www.printwell.ca (collectively, "Services"). Printwell Management Inc. and www.printwell.ca comply with the requirements of the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (“PIPEDA”).

"Personally Identifiable Information" refers to any information that identifies or can be used to identify, contact, or locate the person to whom such information pertains, including, but not limited to, name, address, phone number, fax number, email address, financial profiles, social insurance number, and credit card information. Personally Identifiable Information does not include information that is collected anonymously (that is, without identification of the individual user) or demographic information not connected to an identified individual.

What Personally Identifiable Information is collected? We may collect basic user profile information from all of our Visitors

What organizations are collecting the information? In addition to our direct collection of information, our third party service providers (such as Internet Service Providers) who may provide such services as web-site maintenance may collect this information from our Visitors and We do not control how these third parties use such information, but we do ask them to disclose how they use personal information provided to them from Visitors. Some of these third parties may be intermediaries that act solely as links in the distribution chain, and do not store, retain, or use the information given to them.

How does the Site use Personally Identifiable Information? We use Personally Identifiable Information to customize the Site, to make appropriate service offerings, and to fulfill client requests and queries on the Site. We may email Visitors about research or purchase and selling opportunities on the Site or information related to the subject matter of the Site. We may also use Personally Identifiable Information to contact Visitors response to specific inquiries, or to provide requested information. Personally Identifiable Information may also be used to optimise customer service and services offered by Printwell and adapt the site to better meet client needs.

We may share aggregated information about our Visitors, including the demographics of our Visitors and, with our affiliated agencies and third party service providers. We also offer the opportunity to "opt out" of receiving information or being contacted by us or by any agency acting on our behalf.

How is Personally Identifiable Information stored? Personal Information about Users that is maintained on our systems is protected using industry standard security measures and www.printwell.ca complies with the security safeguards principal of Schedule 1, Clause 4.7 of PIPEDA.

What choices are available to Visitors regarding collection, use and distribution of the information? Visitors and Authorized Customers may opt out of receiving unsolicited information from or being contacted by us and/or our vendors and affiliated agencies by responding to emails as instructed, or by contacting us at info@printwell.ca.

Are Cookies Used on the Site? Cookies are used for a variety of reasons. We use Cookies to obtain information about the preferences of our Visitors and the services they select. We also use Cookies for security purposes to protect our Authorized Customers. For example, if an Authorized Customer is logged on and the site is unused for more than 10 minutes, we will automatically log the Authorized Customer off.

Disclosure of Personal Information. We never disclose your Personal Information without consent except pursuant to the requirements of Section 7(3) – Disclosure without knowledge or consent – of PIPEDA and Division 1 – Protection of Personal Information – of PIPEDA, in which circumstances Printwell may be obligated to disclose information without consent.

Personal Information may also be subject to transfer to another company in the event of a change of ownership of all or part of Printwell Management Inc.. This will occur only if the parties have entered into an agreement under which the collection, use and disclosure of such information is restricted to those purposes that relate to the business transaction, including a determination whether or not to proceed with the business transaction, and is to be used by the parties to carry out and complete the business transaction.

Information when reasonably necessary to protect the safety of our Visitors and Authorized Customers.

Access to Personal Information. www.printwell.ca provides individuals with access to Personal Information held about them and complies with the individual access principal of Schedule 1, Clause 4.9 of PIPEDA.

Pursuant to Schedule 1, Clause 4.9.5 of PIPEDA, if You believe that Your Personal Information on file is not correct, You may request an update of that information by contacting us at info@printwell.ca. Note that www.printwell.ca reserves the right not to change any Personal Information but will append any alternative text You believe appropriate.

Pursuant to Schedule 1, Clause 4.9.5 of PIPEDA, You may also request that www.printwell.ca delete Your Personal Information from www.printwell.ca’s system and records. However, due to technical constraints and the fact that www.printwell.ca backs up its systems, Personal Information may continue to reside in www.printwell.ca’s systems after deletion for some time. Individuals, therefore, should not expect that their Personal Information would be completely removed from www.printwell.ca’s systems in response to an accepted request for deletion. Any Personal Information You provide in connection with the Customized or Premium Services will remain on www.printwell.ca systems until it is deleted by You. www.printwell.ca reserves the right to remove and delete inactive accounts.

As per Division 1, Clause 9 of PIPEDA, www.printwell.ca reserves the right to decline access to Personal Information where disclosure of the information requested is not required.

Pursuant to the principal in Schedule 1, Clause 4.9.4 of PIPEDA, where information will not or cannot be disclosed, the individual making the request will be provided with the reasons for non-disclosure. Where information will be disclosed, www.printwell.ca will endeavour to provide the information in question within a reasonable time and no later than thirty (30) working days following the request.

www.printwell.ca will not respond to repetitious or vexatious requests for access. In determining whether a request is repetitious or vexatious, www.printwell.ca will consider such factors as the frequency with which information is updated, the purpose for which the information is used, and the nature of the information.

To guard against fraudulent requests for access, www.printwell.ca will require sufficient information to allow it to confirm the identity of the person making the request before granting access or making corrections.

What happens if the Privacy Policy Changes? We will let our Visitors know about changes to our privacy policy by posting such changes on the Site. However, if we are changing our privacy policy in a manner that might cause disclosure of Personally Identifiable Information that a Visitor or Authorized Customer has previously requested not be disclosed, we will contact such Visitor or Authorized Customer to allow such Visitor or Authorized Customer to prevent such disclosure.
