We use a variety of shipping companies for shipping all our parcels across Canada and the USA.

Local Pickup – Printwell at St. Laurent Shopping Centre (Ottawa) – FREE
Standard shipping costs start at $8.50.
Express shipping is available and calculated at checkout

What are the shipping turnaround times?

Our average turnaround time is 3-5 business days in production and then shipping as follows:

Ground: 5 – 7 business days
Express: 1 – 2 business days

Please allow at least 7 days lead time for your order to be prepared and delivered to you.

Is local pickup available?

Local Pickup is available from the Printwell store at the St. Laurent Shopping Centre at 1200 St. Laurent Blvd #120, Ottawa, ON K1K 3B8. An email with instructions will be sent to you following your purchase. Pick up hours are –

Monday – Friday 9:30am – 8pm
Saturday 9:30am to 5pm
Sunday Closed
